Well, we provide quality heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration service repair and maintenance throughout San Diego County, South Orange County, and the Temecula Valley.
Why Call Our Service Department?
First of all, you can call anytime 7 days a week 24 hours a day for service on all of your HVAC/R needs. If you would rather get more sophisticated, then we can move you up to a service contract and you can be one of our preferred clients with negotiated labor rates, parts mark up and response time. We can either receive your service request via telephone, fax or email. Once we here from you, a text message will be sent to the next available service technician to provide you with the expertise that only we can provide. Some service companies will run up high invoices and not keep you informed of what’s going on with your equipment. At SOS, this will not happen. After one hour our technicians will apprise you of the situation and let you determine what is best for your equipment and your business because we value you as a long term client and not just a way to make a quick buck.
Over the last 22 years, we have honed our skills and expertise to work on all kinds of equipment. One room colder than the other? Is your compressor short cycling? Does the fan keep running after your heater turns off? Our technicians work on thermostats, furnaces, condensing units, split systems, air handlers, cooling towers, boilers, walk-in refrigeration, ice makers and more.
Our two biggest clients are the Home Depot and the AM/PM mini marts. These stores combined are over two hundred buildings with over 1,000 pieces of equipment.
